Are you an experienced Building Services Engineer looking for your next challenge? Our client is seeking a meticulous professional to oversee and inspect building services installations across major projects. The Role

As a Building Services Engineer you’ll act as the client’s eyes and ears on site, conducting thorough inspections of mechanical, electrical and fabric installations (including HVAC, plumbing, fire systems and controls). You’ll identify and resolve defects, maintain detailed site records and prepare clear reports for management. Liaising with contractors and stakeholders, you’ll ensure projects meet design specifications and statutory regulations.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• Qualification in Building Services Engineering, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or related discipline (HNC / HND, Degree, City & Guilds).
• Proven experience as Clerk of Works, Site Inspector, or similar.
