Overview

As the Property Compliance and building safety/risk Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Council's corporate property portfolio by delivering a comprehensive Technical Services function. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all statutory compliance requirements are met across the estate, and buildings free from risk while also driving an efficient compliance framework.
