Job description

Overview

To coordinate and support the delivery of high-quality cleaning services across the YMCA portfolio while supporting the Building Safety Manager in the scheduling and monitoring of statutory servicing and compliance actions. This hybrid role strengthens the charity’s approach to operational compliance by ensuring servicing visits are scheduled, tracked, and followed up effectively, while also ensuring contractor and in-house cleaning standards are maintained.

Summary Of Job Profile

• Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday: 09:00-17:00), with the requirement to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service including evening/weekends on occasion
