Building Physics Consultant – Lewes

My client is a multidisciplinary consultancy who is looking to employ a Building Physics Consultant that will lead and support the company's energy modelling efforts and sustainability goals.

Essential Criteria

• Proficient in IES VE building simulation software.
• Significant experience in building physics specifically energy modelling and building simulation
• Able to take on a proactive role on projects
• Report writing
• Knowledge regarding energy modelling and building simulation

Desirable Criteria

• A good understanding of Mechanical Building Service Systems
• Knowledge of HVAC system modelling
• Knowledge of SAP methodology and assessment
• IES Accreditation
• OCDEA/LCC/LCEA qualifications
• Degree in building Physics or other relevant engineering discipline
• Daylighting simulation
• Knowledge of BREEAM/ WELL and any other sustainable assessment methods
