A leading residential property management company is seeking an Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high-end residential development in Brentford. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and knowledge of Health & Safety regulations. Responsibilities include site inspections, managing on-site staff, and maintaining strong relationships with residents and contractors. Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit a proactive Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high end residential new build development, ensuring that responsibilities as the Managing Agent are effectively discharged and estate-based personnel are managed and supervised. In this role you will undertake regular site inspections, assist in arranging estate meetings and events with leaseholders/residents and arrange periodic Health and Safety assessments and inspections.
You will be joining our Residential Property Management team who oversees large, complex residential developments on behalf Institutional Investors, Developers and Residents’ Management Companies, providing comprehensive leasehold and block management services.
The ideal candidate will be client-focused, highly organised, and confident managing budgets, staff rotas, and compliance requirements, while maintaining strong relationships with residents, contractors, and stakeholders.
This is a site-based role at Kew Bridge West, Brentford. The working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
