Are you passionate about driving quality and assurance in the built environment? We're looking for a proactive, solutions-focused professional with strong technical expertise to lead building assurance across our UK Property portfolio.

As the Building Assurance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring robust, effective, and consistent building assurance procedures are in place. You'll collaborate across Engineering, Maintenance, Delivery, Procurement, and Contract Management teams, as well as with external contractors and consultants, to drive continuous improvement and uphold the highest standards in building quality.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the technical lead for building assurance across UK Property.
  • Lead on all aspects of the Building Condition Survey (BCS) programme.
  • Conduct desktop and physical BCS quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide technical analysis to support reliable building asset and defect data for stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Building Strategy Manager to identify trends and recommend improvements to leadership.
  • Engage with internal teams and external partners to enhance quality outcomes.
  • Be an active contributor to the Building Design Standards group.
  • Stay informed on industry developments in construction, surveying, and building assurance through events and trade fairs.
