The Role
  • Win, develop and nurture relationships with brokers to provide asset (soft & hard) and financial solutions to their customers
  • Attend broker meetings and maintain regular communication with brokers with the purpose of maximising new business opportunities
  • Carry out reviews on broker performance
  • To actively engage in the company Xsell initiative, working to develop the group company opportunities and to attend joint product meetings
  • Provide training and general business support to brokers to provide a detailed proposal information
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of internal credit policy and process
  • Collaborative partnership with internal support functions (e.g. sales support and risk) and assist with documentation and queries where necessary
  • Attend industry and networking events to promote hard asset and other group products
