Fully Remote Role

An established and forward-thinking sustainability consultancy is seeking a BREEAM Qualified Assessor to join their growing team. This is a fully remote role, offering the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects.

Essential Requirements
  • BREEAM Qualified Assessor (New Construction as a minimum)
  • 3-5 years' experience delivering BREEAM assessments independently
  • Strong understanding of UK building regulations and sustainability standards
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
Desirable
  • Experience with additional schemes (e.g. BREEAM Refurbishment & Fit-Out, In-Use, or Home Quality Mark)
  • Previous consultancy background
  • Familiarity with Whole Life Carbon or other ESG-related services
