About the Role

The Wild Rabbit in Kingham is a fine dining restaurant and boutique hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds. Recognised in the Top 50 Gastropubs, the Top 50 Boutique Hotels, and awarded 3 AA Rosettes, we combine culinary excellence with warm, attentive hospitality. Breakfast at The Wild Rabbit is the first impression of our dining experience each day. It is where our guests begin their morning in a calm and welcoming setting, enjoying seasonal dishes and warm service that reflects the same fine‑dining standards as the rest of our restaurant.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service throughout breakfast
  • Welcome guests, take orders, serve dishes and beverages with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support the Breakfast Supervisor to ensure the flow of service runs smoothly
  • Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the dining room
  • Communicate clearly with the kitchen to ensure accurate timing and delivery of dishes
  • Have full knowledge of the breakfast menu, including ingredients and allergens
  • Prepare the restaurant for service, including table setup, restocking, and ensuring all areas are guest‑ready
  • Uphold personal presentation standards in line with our brand and service style
  • Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism and genuine care
Skills & Requirements

The on target earning potential for this role is 37, per annum based on a 48‑hour contract - comprising a base salary of 30,, plus a qualified estimate of 7, in gratuities and service charge. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE. About gratuities and service charge: Gratuities are paid on a pro‑rata basis. It is estimated that in full‑time employees can expect to receive in the region of 7, in addition to their annual salary.
