Qualifications

• Running a designated section of the kitchen
• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes
• Delivering excellent food quality, presentation and speed
• Supporting the wider kitchen team during service
• Managing portion control, stock rotation and minimising waste

• Support stock management, ordering and kitchen documentation
