Hourly rate and hours per week: 14.25 per hour / 40 hours a week

Responsibilities
- Producing perfectly cooked Breakfast to our specifications, keeping your work area clean and tidy and maintaining strict allergen controls.
- Getting ready for the day, setting up your section and preparing for the next day.
- Knowing what you are selling, expert knowledge in all things menu related.
- Restocking your section and coaching the junior team to do so as well.
- Being an ambassador for the hotel, giving our guests an amazing time with us.
Requirements
- Someone who is passionate about food. If you love to cook and take pride in everything you do then we want to hear from you; for this role you will also need relevant experience in a similar role.
- An interest in helping to shape and develop the next generation of chefs would also be advantageous.
