The Head Chef of a luxury 4* multi-outlet hotel located in the popular lakeside town of Penrith is seeking a Breakfast chef. You will be required to work mainly on your own and will be responsible for orders and prep. The breakfast service consists of both plated and buffet style with the menu consisting of all fresh ingredients. Following breakfast service you will work with the strong brigade to produce dishes for the hotels busy lunch service giving you an opportunity to broaden your skills. You will work 40 hours a week, straight shifts 5 days out of 7 days.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Breakfast Chef in a busy fresh food outlet is essential for this position. It is important that all chefs applying for the role can show longevity on their cv, working in a similar role. The kitchen is well equipped and the team of chefs work within a good atmosphere therefore this role will suit someone looking to be part of a settled team.
