A fast-growing challenger FMCG brand is on the hunt for a Brand Marketing Manager to join their UK team! Already selling millions of products across DTC and retail channels globally, this purpose-driven brand is on a mission to help people think clearly, focus better, and achieve more. With huge expansion plans, this role offers the chance to bring the brand's vision to life and have real influence over its next stage of growth.

As the Brand Marketing Manager, you'll lead creative campaigns, activations, and partnerships, ensuring best-in-class execution across every touchpoint while shaping how the brand shows up and grows in the market.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive ideation and execution across product launches, seasonal campaigns, and digital initiatives that grow awareness and sales.
  • Build and nurture influences and creator relationships to engage audiences and grow the brand community.
  • Plan and deliver in-store activations, sampling, and shopper marketing initiatives that boost visibility.
  • Ensure all brand communications, campaigns, and touchpoints reflect the brand tone and messaging.
  • Work closely with the founders to shape and execute their clear vision, requiring resilience, adaptability, and the ability to turn ideas into impactful campaigns.
The Candidate:
  • A brand-first, marketer from a start-ups or scale-ups environment, ideally in the FMCG or beverages sector.
  • Proven experience in delivering successful brand activation, partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
  • Resilient, collaborative, and able to work directly with founders to bring a shared vision to life.
  • Passionate about wellness, performance, and lifestyle products.
