A leading snack company in the UK is looking for a Brand Manager (Maternity Cover) to lead exciting campaigns and partnerships that keep the brand at the top of everyone's snack list. Little Moons produces frozen and chilled mochi – a fusion of Eastern and Western cuisine – soft and chewy rice flour dough wrapped around balls of ice cream, cheesecake, or chocolate ganache.
