Brand Manager (Maternity Cover) – Little Moons

Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.

Location: Little Moons HQ with occasional ad hoc visits to Park Royal.

We’re on the lookout for a Brand Manager ready to take bold ideas on the road. This is your chance to lead exciting campaigns, creative activations, and partnerships that spark conversations and keep Little Moons at the top of everyone’s snack list.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver culture‑shaping campaigns and high‑impact product launches that amplify brand relevance.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams through high‑velocity, start‑up‑style missions – uniting Marketing, Product, Tech, and Commercial around a shared vision.
  • Steer creative, media, and influencer partners to build standout work delivered on time, on budget, and bursting with impact.
  • Spot friction fast, clear blockers, and keep projects moving from concept to completion.
  • Hunt down and ignite high‑impact partnerships, from breakout brands to culture‑shaping creators.
  • Team up with the Social Media Manager to supercharge TikTok – ensuring projects explode onto the platform, fuel community energy, and drive real fame.
  • Drive momentum behind the Brighter Future Sustainability Strategy and power the company’s connected OKRs forward.

  • Proven experience delivering impactful projects or innovation in consumer or brand‑led environments.
  • Proactive self‑starter who takes ownership and drives results.
  • Strong relationship‑builder with excellent collaboration skills.
