Post Office Ltd in Chesterfield is seeking a Support Advisor for our Branch Support Centre. You’ll be the first point of contact for Postmaster queries, delivering empathetic, solution-oriented support across multiple channels.

You will learn branch operations and contribute to resolving issues while completing necessary administrative tasks. The role includes a six-week training programme and ongoing development opportunities within Retail Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high levels of customer satisfaction across contact channels.
• Strong telephone manner and people skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all Postmaster queries and resolve issues with empathy.
• Manage administrative activities to ensure issues are tracked and resolved for Postmasters and branches.
• Assist in onboarding through a 6 week training programme and ongoing development.
