Job summary

Nationwide in Haverfordwest is recruiting a Customer Representative to support customers in branch, on the phone and online. You will handle everyday transactions, answer queries and guide customers to banking services and digital tools, delivering trusted guidance with care.

This is a permanent, full-time role (35 hours per week) at a multi-skilled branch, with Monday to Saturday shifts and occasional closures. You’ll join a team that keeps face-to-face banking accessible on the high street.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Full-time availability, Mon-Sat, 35 hours per week.
• Able to commute within 45 minutes of Haverfordwest.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers and understands their needs to offer trusted help.
• Handle a range of transactions and queries accurately.
• Guide customers to banking products and digital tools.
• Work with colleagues to deliver excellent service during peak times.
• Follow processes and escalate concerns to protect customers.
• Keep face-to-face banking meaningful on the high street.
