LKQ Europe GmbH is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a busy branch’s retail, warehouse and fleet operations. You will develop a multi-skilled team, coach colleagues, and ensure outstanding customer service and adherence to standards.

You will report to the Branch Manager and work alongside other Duty Managers to optimise branch performance across UK operations. This role offers opportunities for career growth within LKQ’s UK & Europe network.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supervising or managing teams in retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience managing KPIs and operational performance.
• Customer-focused mindset with a drive to deliver outstanding service.
• Knowledge of stock control and operational processes.
• Commercial awareness and ability to influence business performance.
• Ability to work with operational systems and reporting tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead the operation across retail, warehouse and fleet to deliver safe, efficient and commercial performance.
• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues; lead daily briefings and performance conversations.
• Drive customer experience and service delivery, resolving queries and maximizing sales opportunities.
• Monitor costs, productivity and cash handling; manage stock and invoicing controls.
• Ensure safety, compliance with health and safety laws, audits and training.
• Maintain branch presentation and operational standards; support recruitment and onboarding.
