Euro Car Parts Ltd. is seeking an ambitious Duty Manager to join our branch leadership team in the United Kingdom. You will oversee daily operations across retail, warehouse and fleet, lead a high-performing team and ensure exceptional customer service.

You will coach staff, manage KPIs and drive continuous improvement while maintaining stock control, safety and compliance. A full UK driving licence is essential and you will play a key role in delivering strong commercial results.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience managing KPIs and operational performance.
• Customer-focused mindset with a drive to deliver outstanding service.
• Good knowledge of stock control and operational processes.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence business performance.
• Confident with operating systems and reporting tools.
• Flexible approach and ability to perform under pressure.
