Euro Car Parts Ltd. is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a busy branch in the UK. You will oversee retail, warehouse and fleet functions, drive customer service excellence, and manage stock, KPIs and safety standards.

You will coach and develop a multi-skilled team, deliver engaging daily briefings, and implement strategies to improve branch performance. A full UK driving licence and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience within retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience managing KPIs and operational performance.
• A customer-focused mindset with a drive to deliver outstanding service.
• Good knowledge of stock control and operational processes.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence business performance.
• Confidence working with operational systems and reporting tools.
• A flexible approach and the ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Leading the operation across retail, warehouse and fleet to ensure safe, efficient and commercially focused branch performance.
• Coordinate resources to deliver smooth operations and high customer service.
• Drive operational excellence through adherence to standards, policies and procedures.
• Manage stock accuracy, inventory and stock take activities.
• Maintain pick-to-manifest targets and customer service SLAs.
• Oversee returns, warranties and reverse logistics processes.
• Support Click & Collect and delivery operations.
• Ensure fleet readiness and vehicle compliance.
• Lead, coach and develop colleagues; deliver daily team briefings.
