Job summary
LKQ Europe is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our Canterbury branch leadership team. You will lead day-to-day operations across retail, warehouse and fleet, driving operational excellence while developing a high-performing team.
You will coach colleagues, deliver customer-focused service, and ensure compliance, safety and KPI achievement in a fast-paced environment. A UK driving licence is required and career progression opportunities are strong.
Qualifications
- Experience leading teams in retail/logistics.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience managing KPIs and operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day branch operations across retail, warehouse and fleet.
- Coordinate resources for smooth, efficient service and safety.
- Drive branch performance through standards and policies.
- Coach and develop colleagues; conduct daily briefings.
- Ensure safety, compliance and audits are carried out.
