Job summary

LKQ Europe in Ashford seeks an experienced Duty Manager to lead the branch's retail, warehouse and fleet operations. You will drive daily performance, coach a multi-skilled team and maintain high standards in customer service and safety.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will promote a customer-first culture, manage KPIs and support growth across the UK & Europe. A full UK driving licence and resilient leadership are essential.

Qualifications

You'll be an experienced people leader with a passion for operational excellence and customer service.

Responsibilities

Lead the operation across retail, warehouse and fleet.
Coordinate resources for smooth, efficient operations and service.
Drive operational excellence by maintaining standards, policies and procedures.
Manage stock accuracy, inventory control and stock takes.
Ensure pick-to-manifest targets and customer service SLAs are met.
Oversee returns, warranties and reverse logistics.
Support Click & Collect and delivery operations.
Ensure fleet compliance and vehicle readiness.
