LKQ is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our branch leadership team. You will report to the Branch Manager and work with other Duty Managers to oversee day-to-day operations across retail, warehouse and fleet functions.

This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, coaching a multi-skilled team and driving branch performance. As a leader, you will manage safety, stock accuracy and KPIs while fostering a positive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Previous supervisory or management experience within retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• A full UK driving licence.

• Leading the operation of the branch across retail, warehouse and fleet.
