Job summary

LKQ's branch in the United Kingdom is seeking a Duty Manager to lead day-to-day operations across retail, warehouse and fleet, ensuring safety, efficiency and strong customer service.

You'll coach and develop colleagues, deliver engaging briefings, manage stock and KPIs, and work with the Branch Manager to maximise performance.

Qualifications

Previous supervisory or management experience within retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
Full UK driving licence.
Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Experience managing KPIs and operational performance.
A customer-focused mindset with a drive to deliver outstanding service.
Good knowledge of stock control and operational processes.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence business performance.
Confidence working with operational systems and reporting tools.
A flexible approach and the ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day running of the branch across retail, warehouse and fleet operations.
Coordinate resources to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Drive operational excellence by maintaining standards, policies and procedures.
Manage stock accuracy, inventory control and stock takes.
Ensure safety, risk controls and training compliance.
Lead engaging daily team briefings and performance conversations.
