Job summary

LKQ Europe is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead the day-to-day branch operations across retail, warehouse and fleet functions. You will coach teams, drive customer service excellence and ensure operational standards are met.

You will develop people, manage KPIs and contribute to cost control while maintaining safety and compliance. A full UK driving licence is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience within retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations across retail, warehouse and fleet.
• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues.
• Ensure safety and compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience across all channels.
• Drive branch sales, profit and cost control.
• Manage stock accuracy and stock takes.
• Oversee Click & Collect and delivery operations.
• Maintain fleet readiness and vehicle compliance.
