Job summary

LKQ Europe GmbH in the East Midlands is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to lead our branch operations across retail, warehouse and fleet. You’ll coach and develop teams, uphold safety and service standards, and drive commercial performance with a customer-first mindset.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll manage day-to-day activities, monitor KPIs, optimise stock and logistics, and deliver an engaging, efficient customer experience while maintaining high-quality workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor/manager in retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the branch across retail, warehouse and fleet.
• Coordinate resources to ensure smooth, efficient operations and excellent customer service.
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining company standards, policies and procedures.
• Manage stock accuracy, inventory control and stock take activities.
• Ensure KPIs and customer service SLAs are achieved.
