The role demands strong leadership, a customer-focused mindset and the ability to optimise branch performance. Experience in supervising in retail/logistics, a full UK driving licence, and a track record of managing KPIs will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or management roles within retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations across retail, warehouse and fleet.
• Coordinate resources to deliver efficient operations and service.

• Oversee stock accuracy, inventory control and stock takes.
• Ensure pickup, delivery and returns processes meet targets.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and development planning.
• Coach and develop colleagues; run daily team briefings.
• Maintain a safe, compliant branch environment.
• Use KPIs to drive continuous improvement and commercial focus.
