LKQ UK & Ireland is looking for a Branch Manager to lead a busy branch, driving performance and delivering outstanding service to customers. You will oversee sales, logistics and team development, ensuring daily KPIs are met and a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a similar retail/logistics setting.
• Strong communication skills for customer and team interactions.
• Ability to drive performance and customer-focused results.
• Sound business acumen for branch operations and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a large branch team and oversee daily operations.
• Own sales, operations, resources and customer service in the branch to hit targets.
• Involve in HR activities including performance management and recruitment.
• Maintain Health and Safety and drive a safety-first culture.
• Demonstrate company values and customer-centric mindset.
• Collaborate with field teams to maximise opportunities.
• Typical schedule: approx. 46 hours/week, Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, plus alternate Saturdays 8am-4pm.
