LKQ is seeking an experienced Duty Manager in Nottingham to lead day-to-day branch operations spanning retail, warehouse and fleet. You will drive safety, service excellence and commercial performance while developing a high-performing team.

As a leader, you will coach staff, manage KPIs, and ensure processes are followed to deliver an exceptional customer experience and sustainable branch growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience managing KPIs and operational performance.
• Customer-focused mindset with a drive to deliver outstanding service.
• Good knowledge of stock control and operational processes.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence business performance.
• Confidence working with operational systems and reporting tools.
• Flexible approach and ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation across retail, warehouse and fleet to ensure safe, efficient and commercial branch performance.
• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues; run engaging daily team briefings and performance conversations.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience and resolve queries effectively; work with sales to maximise opportunities.
• Drive branch sales, profit and cost control; monitor payroll and productivity.
• Promote a safety-first culture; ensure health & safety compliance and audits.
• Maintain stock control, KPIs and reporting; support continuous improvement.
