LKQ Europe GmbH in Bedford is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our branch across retail, warehouse and fleet. You will report to the Branch Manager and work with other Duty Managers to deliver safe, efficient and commercially successful outcomes.

You will coach and develop teams, drive performance against KPIs, maintain stock accuracy and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory or management experience in retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience coaching and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of stock control and operational processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence business performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day branch operations across retail, warehouse and fleet.
• Coordinate resources for smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
• Drive operational excellence by upholding standards, policies and procedures.
• Manage stock accuracy, inventory control and stock take activities.
• Ensure pick-to-manifest targets and customer service SLAs are met.
• Oversee returns, warranties and reverse logistics processes.
• Support Click & Collect and delivery operations.
• Ensure fleet compliance and vehicle readiness.
