LKQ Europe is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our branch leadership team in Enfield. You will lead day-to-day operations across retail, warehouse and fleet, develop staff and drive exceptional service while maintaining safety and efficiency.

You’ll coach teams, manage KPIs and stay focused on customer satisfaction, stock control and cost management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced people leader with a passion for operational excellence and customer service.
• Supervisory/management experience in retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Lead branch operations across retail, warehouse and fleet to deliver safe, efficient and commercial performance.
• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues; conduct performance conversations and create development plans.
• Drive customer service excellence and resolve queries to maximise opportunities.
• Monitor costs, payroll and productivity and manage stock, cash and controls.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures.
