LKQ Europe in Norwich is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our branch leadership team. You will lead day-to-day operations across retail, warehouse and fleet, coach and develop colleagues, and drive exceptional customer service while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifikationen

Experience as a people leader in retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
Full UK driving licence.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Experience managing KPIs and operational performance.

Lead the day-to-day branch operation across retail, warehouse and fleet.
Coach, motivate and develop colleagues; manage recruitment and onboarding as needed.
Ensure an outstanding customer experience and branch presentation.
Drive branch sales, profit and cost control; monitor KPIs and productivity.
Maintain health, safety and compliance; supervise audits and training.
