A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to set up and run a brand new education company under the umbrella of a well established group.

This is a ground up leadership role with full backing from the group and a generous package including commission and equity options. The company is looking for someone with proven education or training sector experience and the vision to build and scale a successful business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch and lead a new education or training services company from inception

  • Develop and execute a business growth strategy, aligned with group objectives

  • Build relationships with schools, colleges, training providers, and other stakeholders

  • Lead on service delivery, compliance, and team building as the branch grows

  • Identify funding opportunities, tender for contracts, and drive commercial performance

  • Report directly into group leadership and shape the future of the education division
