Qualifications

• Previous experience as Branch Manager or Senior Estate Agency professional (or equivalent).
• Proven track record of winning instructions and converting valuations into listings and sales.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development.

We're recruiting for a Branch Manager to join a successful multi-branch independent estate agency, providing leadership and support across several offices in the Portsmouth area. As part of this role, you'll provide operational support across multiple branches, ensuring high standards of service and performance are maintained during periods of annual leave, sickness, and other absences.

The Role

As a Branch Manager, you will:
