Job summary

GCB AGENCY RECRUITMENT is seeking an ambitious Branch Manager to lead a busy estate agency branch in Blackburn. You will drive branch performance, win instructions, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced market.

The role offers a basic salary up to £30,000 with on-target earnings of £45,000, plus ongoing training and development. You will manage day-to-day operations, coach the team, and build strong relationships with vendors and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate agency management, ideally in a branch leadership role.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and listing properties.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Local area knowledge is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

The Role

As a Branch Manager, you will:

• Lead the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the branch

Branch Manager Requirements

• Previous experience within estate agency, ideally in a management position
