Responsibilities

• Lead your sales team to meet and exceed branch revenue targets.

• Run daily team meetings and set clear team goals and achievements for the day ahead.
• Win new instructions, carry out market appraisals and maintain a strong pipeline of quality stock to support your team.
• Drive business development with a proactive and innovative mindset.
• Be a hands-on valuer and lister, leading from the front and demonstrating best practice to the team.
• Keep up-to-date with all agreed sales, monitor their progress, and assist the team with any issues that arise.
