GCB AGENCY RECRUITMENT in Cambridgeshire is seeking an ambitious Branch Manager for a hands-on, commercially focused role. You will lead the branch, drive instructions, and grow local market share while managing a high-performing team.

The successful candidate will develop and motivate staff, win new business, handle valuations/listings and ensure outstanding customer service, reporting to senior management in a well-established independent agency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within residential estate agency
• Experience as Branch Manager or similar
• Strong track record of winning instructions and generating new business
• Excellent valuation and listing experience
• Experience leading and developing a sales team
• Strong knowledge of the residential sales process
• Commercially aware, target-driven and results-focused
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proactive and well-organised approach
• Knowledge of the Cambridgeshire property market is desirable
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the branch
• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve targets
• Generate valuation opportunities and win new instructions
• Carry out market appraisals and convert valuations into listings
• Drive new business activity and increase local market share
• Monitor sales pipelines, offers, exchanges and completions
• Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients
• Maintain high standards of customer service across the branch
• Monitor KPIs, targets and overall branch performance

Experienced in residential estate agency with a proven track record of winning instructions, driving sales and leading high-performing teams?

We're recruiting for an ambitious Branch Manager to join a successful and well-established independent estate agency, overseeing the performance and growth of one of their branches in Cambridgeshire.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, developing a team, winning new business and growing local market share.

The Role

As a Branch Manager, you will:

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the branch


• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve individual and branch targets


• Generate valuation opportunities and win new instructions


• Carry out market appraisals and convert valuations into listings


• Drive new business activity and increase local market share

Branch Manager requirements:

• Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Senior Valuer or similar

• Experience managing, motivating and developing a sales team


• Strong knowledge of the residential sales process


• Commercially aware, target-driven and results-focused


• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills


• Proactive and well organised approach


• Knowledge of the Cambridgeshire property market is desirable


• Full UK driving licence
