Experienced in estate agency and looking for your next step into branch leadership? We're recruiting for a Branch Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Nottingham, leading a busy and successful office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Branch Manager or Sales Manager looking to progress into a Branch Manager position, or an experienced Branch Manager looking for a new challenge within a respected independent agency.

The Role

As a Branch Manager, you will:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch
• Manage, motivate, and develop the team to achieve targets and KPIs
• Drive business generation, valuations, instructions, and overall branch profitability
• Monitor figures, performance metrics, and branch results
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards and handle escalated client queries
• Build strong relationships within the local market and help grow the company brand
• Work closely with the business owners/directors to support business growth and strategy

Branch Manager Requirements
