GCB Agency Recruitment is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to cover East London and Essex across multiple branches. You will lead and develop teams, drive new business and take ownership of branch profitability, while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role offers a £35,000 base with guaranteed earnings in the first months and a £45,000–£60,000 OTE, plus a car allowance or company car, pension and genuine progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

Experienced as a Branch Manager and looking for your next opportunity with a successful Estate Agency across East London and Essex?

We're recruiting for a multi-branch Branch Manager to support a well-established team, working alongside some of the most accomplished Estate Agents in the area and providing leadership cover across branches during holidays, vacancies and periods of sickness.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager who is confident leading teams, driving new business and taking ownership of branch performance, while enjoying the variety and responsibility of working across multiple locations.

The Role

As a Branch Manager, you will:

• Provide Branch Manager cover across East London and Essex during holidays, vacancies and periods of sickness


• Take ownership of branch performance and profitability in the absence of the Branch Manager


• Drive new business and generate fresh leads


• Lead, motivate and support branch teams to achieve targets


• Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and applicants


• Provide expert property advice to help vendors achieve the best possible sale price


• Work closely with your team to match properties with suitable buyers


• Identify opportunities to maximise sales and branch performance


• Stay up to date with local market trends and position yourself as a trusted property expert


• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold high professional standards

Branch Manager requirements
