Job summary

GCB Agency Recruitment in North London is seeking a Branch Manager for a well-established estate agency. You will lead a branch team, drive sales, revenue and new instructions, and build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local contacts.

The role requires deep knowledge of Stoke Newington and surrounding areas, a proven track record of generating valuations and winning instructions, and the ability to monitor KPIs and deliver excellent service to clients.

Experienced in the North London property market with strong local knowledge and a proven track record of winning new business?

We're recruiting for a Branch Manager to join a successful estate agency, leading a branch team and driving sales, revenue and new instructions across the local market.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional with strong knowledge of Stoke Newington and the surrounding areas, excellent local connections, and a proven ability to generate their own valuations and win instructions.

The Role

As a Branch Manager, you will:

• Lead, motivate and develop the branch team to achieve sales and revenue targets
• Drive new business through valuations, prospecting and winning new instructions
• Manage branch performance, monitoring KPIs, targets and conversion rates
• Oversee sales and negotiations, ensuring deals progress smoothly through to completion

Branch Manager requirements:

• Proven experience within the North London property market
• Strong knowledge of Stoke Newington and the surrounding areas
• Live locally or within a reasonable commuting distance
• Strong local connections and an established network within the area
• Proven track record of generating your own valuations and winning instructions
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Confident, commercially minded and target-driven

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am–6:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am–5:00pm
