You’ll lead a motivated sales team in a thriving office, overseeing day-to-day operations, inspiring performance, and ensuring business growth through leadership, strategy, and customer focus.

• Highly motivated, confident, and commercially aware
• Strong local market knowledge of East London(advantageous)
• Full UK Driving Licence essential
