Branch Manager / Senior Estate Agent - North London

New Branch Launch | Competitive Basic + Uncapped Commission

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious estate agent with a proven track record of winning instructions to join a growing independent agency ahead of the launch of a brand-new North London branch.

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager, Lister or Senior Negotiator who can generate their own business, build a local network and play a key role in establishing the new office.

This is a business-generation role. We are looking for someone who can create opportunities rather than simply work with valuations provided to them.

The Opportunity

You will have the opportunity to:

• Build a new local market from the ground up
• Generate your own valuations and win instructions
• Develop relationships with homeowners and local businesses

The branch is currently being prepared and is expected to launch within the next couple of months. For the right candidate, there is potential to bring the launch forward.

You can also start immediately from an existing office within the wider business, giving you access to an established pipeline while you build your own North London network.

Who We're Looking For

We are particularly interested in speaking with:

• Branch Managers
• Valuers / Listers
• Assistant Managers
• Senior Negotiators ready for their next step

The most important factor is not your job title - it's your ability to generate business and win instructions.

You should have:

• Several years' experience within the North London residential property market
• Strong knowledge of Stoke Newington and neighbouring areas
• An established local network and genuine market relationships
• A proven track record of self-generated valuations
• Evidence of consistently winning listings/instructions
• The confidence to develop business from a cold start
• A proactive, entrepreneurial approach

If your current role gives you plenty of valuations but most are company-generated, this opportunity is unlikely to be the right fit.

Package

Indicative basic salaries:

• Branch Manager - circa £30,000
• Assistant Manager - circa £25,000
• Senior Negotiator - £20,000+

There is flexibility on salary and title for an exceptional candidate.

An initial financial guarantee may also be considered where appropriate.

Uncapped Commission

The commission structure is designed to reward genuine business generation:

• 5% selling commission
• 2.5% for generating a valuation
• 2.5% office commission on sales for Branch Managers
• £100 lettings commission
• £100 self-generated lettings commission
• £40 per completed mortgage referral
• £60 per completed legal referral
• £5 per named five-star review

For someone with an established network and the ability to generate instructions consistently, there is significant earning potential.

Working Hours & Holiday

Monday-Friday: 8:30am-6:0pm
Saturday: 9:00am-5:00pm
One weekday off when working Saturday

Holiday entitlement includes:

• 20 days' annual leave
• Birthday off when it falls on a working day
• 8 standard bank holidays
