Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at the Newcastle branch to work 35 hours per week on a rota basis, Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm. You will be the friendly face and problem-solver, helping with everyday banking tasks in-branch and over the phone.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service (face to face or telephony).
• Clear communication to understand customer needs.
• Strong teamwork and flexible approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre
• Building relationships and finding solutions
• Developing knowledge of services and products to help customers
• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience
