Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at Beaumont Leys Branch to join a branch-based, customer-centric team. Working 35 hours weekly on a rotating schedule, you’ll handle transactions, assist customers, and support service delivery across in-branch and call centre channels.

You’ll build relationships, develop product knowledge, and identify ways to improve the customer experience in a busy, multi-skilled environment. A 12-month fixed-term contract applies.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in person or over the phone.
• Strong communication skills to understand customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answer customer calls into our contact centre.
• Build relationships and find solutions for customers.
• Develop knowledge of services and products to help customers.
