Nationwide is seeking a Customer Representative for our Colchester, Essex branch. You will assist customers in person, over the phone, and online, handling everyday transactions and queries while guiding them to appropriate banking services and digital tools.

This permanent full-time role requires a 35-hour week, with a 45-minute commute to the branch. Your focus will be on delivering friendly, accurate service and building trust with customers, as Nationwide continues to keep branches open and

• No banking experience required, but experience in customer service helps.
• Welcome customers in-branch and over the phone with care and clarity.
• Suggest suitable banking products and digital tools to customers.
