Nationwide in Fareham, Hampshire is seeking a Customer Representative to deliver great experiences in-branch, on the phone and online. You will welcome customers, handle transactions and guide them toward banking services with care and confidence.

This permanent, full-time role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, in a busy branch. You’ll be part of a local team and encouraged to learn our processes while helping customers manage their money and digital tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work in a busy branch environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow processes.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the branch and assess their needs with friendly, proactive service.
• Handle a range of transactions and queries accurately while prioritising security and fairness.
• Guide customers to suitable banking products and digital tools to manage their money.
