Job summary

Nationwide in Tonbridge is looking for a Customer Representative to deliver great in-branch, phone and online support. You’ll help with everyday transactions, answer queries, and guide customers to banking products and digital tools, making banking easier and fairer for local communities.

The role is full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with a requirement to live within a 45-minute commute. Training lasts three weeks, and we’ll assess applicants online as part of the process.

Qualifications

• No banking experience required; customer service mindset is valued.
• Patience, empathy and strong people skills are important.
• Comfort with using digital tools and guiding customers online.
