Nationwide is looking for a Customer Representative to join our branch team in Tunbridge Wells. You will assist customers in person, over the phone, and online, guiding them through everyday transactions and digital banking tools. The role emphasizes careful, clear support and a local community focus.

You’ll work full-time, 35 hours per week, with Saturday shifts. Training is provided, and successful applicants will be within a 45-minute commute of the branch.
