Nationwide is seeking a Customer Representative to support customers in-branch, over the phone and online. You’ll handle everyday transactions, answer queries and guide customers to banking services and digital tools, ensuring fair and helpful guidance.

Based in the Kensington area, the role is full-time (35 hours/week) across Monday to Saturday, with a 45-minute commute requirement and a structured three-week training period.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred
• Willingness to learn banking products
• Ability to assist customers across in-branch, phone and online channels
