Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or banking is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs to offer trusted, friendly help.
• Handle a range of transactions and queries accurately with security and fairness in mind.
• Guide customers through banking products and services suitable for them.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service during peak times.
• Follow processes, spot potential issues, and escalate when needed to protect customers and Nationwide.
• Keep face-to-face banking meaningful and accessible on the high street.
