Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Customer Representative in Tunbridge Wells to support customers in branch, on the phone, and online. You’ll handle everyday transactions, answer queries and guide customers to suitable banking products and digital tools, helping them manage money with care.

You’ll be part of a local branch team, with a 35-hour week, Monday to Saturday, and a focus on delivering fair, friendly service in a high-street community.

Qualifications

• Experience or a passion to work in a customer service environment will help you thrive.
• Ability to listen, be patient, and demonstrate strong people skills with customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the branch and guide them with friendly, trusted help.
• Handle a range of transactions and queries accurately while maintaining security and fairness.
• Promote banking products and digital tools to help customers manage their money.
• Work with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service, even at peak times.
• Follow processes and escalate concerns to protect customers and Nationwide.
